1962 brought about some visual changes to the Porsche 356, designated the 356B T6. These included twin engine lid grilles and a larger rear window in addition to the already significant styling and mechanical modifications made from the 356A to the 356B T5. The current owner (11 years) has kept a full and detailed record of every aspect of ownership of this car, including details of fuel stops, MPG and mileage in his "little red book". The history folder details works carried out from 2010 when delivery was taken after a full concours restoration by Porsche 356 specialist Roger Bray. The quality of this restoration is backed up by five awards between 2011 and 2019 which include three first place awards for Pride of Ownership in 2011, 2016 and 2019. Further receipts detail a comprehensive gearbox rebuild by Porsche Reading, engine rebuild, front disc brake conversion, 12 volt electrics, MOT history back to 2010 and a Porsche issued Certificate of Authenticity. The CoA confirms that this 356 was supplied new by Porsche Burlingame, California and was produced on the 18th June 1962.
